What gift are you bringing to the King?

What an amazing Sunday!  Christmas carols, prayer and sweet fellowship. This teaching series is ‘the Greatest gift of all’. This week’s message pointed out three specific themes…

  1. What are you diligently searching for? What hole is in your life? Or desire? Or what emptiness are you trying to fulfill? Are you discontent? Un satisfied? Have you found it yet?

The wise men in Matthew 2 were constantly, diligently, seeking searching the heavens for a sign that the savior was coming.

When it happened they prepared themselves for the journey……

How many of you know, the journey is not short but long. It requires endurance and perservance. We have to roll up our sleeves and get to work. There will be sweat, tears and suffering in the process. Our Heavenly Father said, “He who endures to the end will be saved”. The promise of our Father.

  1. Are you preparing or prepared for the journey? It’s not a sprint but a marathon.
  2. Have you kept your eyes or focus on the star of heaven? Without purposeful concentration and focus we will never reach our destiny. We will live a life of distraction and frustration. Stay focused on the King. Philippians 3
  3. What gift are you bringing the King of kings?

Our lives are the absolute best we can give Him. If He has our hearts\ lives. He has everything!

Hope to see you all next week.

Remember Jesus is the greatest gift of all.
